Yuvraj Wadhwani · WPBeginner · Q3 2026

Content performance, July to September

Every WPBeginner video published this quarter across seven platforms, compared with Q2. Numbers measured on Oct 6 (Q2 was measured around Jun 30, so both are end-of-quarter snapshots).

The breakout

"What if your AI assistant could actually manage your WordPress site"

Posted Aug 27. About 239K views on Facebook and 239K on Instagram, with 1,142 likes and 173 shares on Facebook alone. Leadership credited the short-form push in the company newsletter as a big reason WPVibe passed 30K installs, with 75% of its users signing up in the last 30 days.

Reach by platform

Q2 in gray, Q3 in each platform's colour. Switch between total views, typical views per video (median), and number of posts.

Q2Q3 (platform colour)

LinkedIn had no view data in Q2. X and LinkedIn "views" are each platform's public per-post count (closer to impressions).

Posting cadence

Posts per month across all platforms. Q3 was about 12% lower than Q2, almost entirely because TikTok stopped after Aug 15.

12 LinkedIn videos from before Aug 21 have no dates and aren't shown by month.

What topics work where

Typical (median) views per video by topic. WordPress updates and releases are the most reliable everywhere. AI and WPVibe topics have a low floor on Instagram and YouTube Shorts but do well on Facebook and X, and produced the breakout.

Long-form YouTube

Q2 and Q3 long-form videos, both measured up to Oct 6. Views and watch time more than doubled; viewers dropped off sooner.

WordPress releases, covered fast

Workshops

Three WPVibe workshops. WPVibe is usage-based, so the September session was designed for activation: connect your own site and run a first prompt live.

Where each video went

Each Instagram reel and the platforms its version reached. Gaps are reach we could add with no extra production.
